Pioneer Overhead Door Reviews – Lincoln, NE

We been going here for over 20 years. I never had so much customer service so fast in all my life. So many people in customer service has no business working with the public. Lori and her team are the best as well as the technicians and the installers. Save yourself some time and go with the Pioneer Overhead team. We wont use any other outfit.

A spring broke on our garage door and a service technician was out the next day. Very quick and he did a great job. The office staff were also very efficient and helpful!

Our garage door broke the day before leaving on vacation. We called and got an appointment for them to repair it while we were away. Pioneer Door got it fixed right away and it was ready for us when we got back. Great Service.

New Year's Eve day and our garage door broke. Pioneer sent two wonderful young men and they got it fixed in less than half an hour. With a snowstorm on the brink, that kind of service was exceptional. Thank you Pioneer Overhead Door!

Had another oh door company in Lincoln install new oh doors in new shop building. Not good experience. Added on last year and same company not responsive to my schedule or returning emails-calls. Contacted Dee and also daughter at Pioneer of Lincoln and great responses to questions, prices, and the install. Install was done right the first time and flawless workmanship with care. They even made all adjustments on my other brand doors and work great now. My first choice now on my new home and my builder will be using Pioneer for this falls build.

Company did a great job of quick response, got a new door installed within a week. Installer did a good job installing the door. Overall, happy with the result, would use Pioneer Overhead Door again. Thanks!

Customer service was great. Also my husband and I love the new doors. They are so quiet and move so smoothly on the track. We haven't tried the wifi yet but we are excited to try that feature once our internet is hooked up.
